Simply HR Consulting was founded by Ines Respini Jones in 2008. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and helping them prosper by taking the worry out of managing people and maximising the potential of their human resources. We are based in Wendover, in the heart of the Chilterns in Buckinghamshire, and are well placed to meet the HR needs of SMEs in the vibrant business communities of Aylesbury Vale, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Hemel Hempstead, Oxford and Thame.
Ines is an experienced HR professional and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Prior to working in HR, she spent ten years in the telecoms and IT industry as a business consultant for Unisys and Ovum (now part of Datamonitor). Ines speaks four languages, has travelled extensively, and she applies her corporate experience and global approach to the world of HR. She represents a new breed of HR practitioner that considers HR as part of a wider business context.
Cecily Lalloo, an associate, has worked at senior levels in the public and private sectors, corporate and small and medium sized businesses. She’s a Chartered Member of the CIPD with specialisms in employment law, management development, and resourcing and is a Stress Management Trainer, trained through IOSH. An HR manager for over 12 years, Cecily now supports and partners business owners and managers by providing HR services which make the best of people in the workplace.
